Our thoughts and feelings create our reality. When you watch Inspirational Videos you tap in to a high vibration of feelings and emotions and emit this frequency out to the Universe. Feelings of love, gratitude, appreciation, courage and determination radiate out and you start to attract these emotions into your reality.

I have put together a list of my favourite Inspirational Videos. Whenever I feel like my energy levels are down or if I feel like I am stressed or overwhelmed, I spend some time watching these Videos and my energy soon picks up!
